weCare Privacy Policy
weCare built the weCare app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by weCare and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
This privacy policy is applicable for both weCare Child and weCare Parent apps. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at weCare unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
This service includes two separate apps for Android platform, named weCare Parent and weCare Child. For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to email, phone number, location, notifications, SMS, contacts, installed apps, media files. Email and phone number are used only to sign and the process is handled by Firebase Authentication. From other items, the parent can choose which information to monitor and only those selected information will be transmitted from Child App to the Parent app to be viewed within the app. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
Email and phone number
Used only when signing in and stored in the Firebase Firestore bound to the user account.
Location
Tracking the child’s location ensures parents can quickly locate them in case of emergencies. This information is stored in Firestore and can only be accessed by the parent’s account.
Notifications and SMS
Notification monitoring can help parents to track child’s device activities and SMS monitoring can help parents stay informed about who the child is communicating with. This information is stored in Firestore and can only be accessed by the parent’s account.
Contacts
Access to contacts helps in identifying who the child is communicating with. This information is stored in Firestore and can only be accessed by the parent’s account.
Installed apps
This information provides insight into the child’s app usage. It can help parents ensure age-appropriate content and monitor for potentially harmful apps. This information is stored in Firestore and can only be accessed by the parent’s account.
Media Files
This includes photos and videos on the child’s device. Other types of media files are not included. Parents might want to review these files for safety reasons. This information is stored in Firestore and can only be accessed by the parent’s account.

Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.

The app charges Prepaid users Rs.6.00 + TAX / Postpaid Rs.180+ Tax as a subscription fee

But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
