Welcome to Stepp! By using our app and services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Regulations. These terms govern your relationship with Stepp and outline your responsibilities and expectations as a user.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by them.
1. Eligibility
To use the Stepp app and services, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age or older.
Be able to use the services in a location where Stepp services are available. Provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
2. Account Registration and Responsibilities
Account Information:
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when registering for an account. You must keep your account information up to date, including any changes to your name, email address, or payment information.
Account Security:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and agree to notify Stepp immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
3. Using Stepp Services
As a user of the Stepp app, you agree to:

Provide clear and accurate information regarding the services you require, including date, time, location, and specific instructions.
Communicate respectfully.
Maintain a courteous and professional tone when interacting with service providers and Stepp support staff. Abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Provide timely feedback.
After the completion of a service, you are encouraged to rate the service provider and provide feedback based on your experience.
4. Payment and Cancellation
Service Fees:
You agree to pay the fees associated with the services you request through the Stepp app. All payments will be processed through the app via our partner, Stripe, and you will receive a receipt for your transaction.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel a service request within a specified timeframe before the scheduled time. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee, which will be outlined in the app.
5. User Restrictions
As a user of the Stepp platform, you agree to the following restrictions:
No solicitation of service providers outside the app:
You must not contact Stepp service providers directly to offer services outside of the app.
Prohibition on illegal or prohibited activities:
You may not use the Stepp platform to engage in illegal activities or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
6. Account Suspension and Termination

Stepp may suspend your account if you fail to comply with these Terms and Regulations, receive multiple negative reviews, or engage in inappropriate conduct. During suspension, you will not be able to request services or access your account.
Termination:
Stepp reserves the right to permanently terminate your account for severe or repeated violations of these terms. Termination may result in the forfeiture of any unpaid service credits or fees at Steppʼs discretion.
Voluntary Termination:
You may deactivate your account at any time through the app’s settings. However, you must resolve any outstanding services and complaints before deactivating your account.
7. Liability and Disclaimer
Service Provider Liability:
Stepp is not responsible for the actions or omissions of service providers. While we strive to connect you with qualified professionals, we cannot guarantee the quality or reliability of the services provided.
Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stepp is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or services.
8. Changes to Terms and Regulations
Stepp reserves the right to modify these Terms and Regulations at any time. You will be notified of significant changes via the Stepp app or other communication channels. Continued use of the platform after such changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between you and Stepp, you must notify us in writing, and we will attempt to resolve the issue informally. If a formal resolution is needed, disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable laws.

10. Deletion of Account
You may delete your account at any time by clicking on “Delete Account” in the app’s settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems, and you will no longer have access to your account.
