Free Support for Six Months
Once your project has been handed over, you can expect:
- Free Server Maintenance: We provide basic server maintenance free of cost during the initial six months.
- Free Project Updates: Get free updates or changes to your solution.
Post-Handover Responsibility
After the handover of the project:
- Ownership of Source Code: The client will have complete ownership of their source code, and Techseya will not be responsible for its management.
- Technical Issues: Any issues after the handover will be treated as a separate service agreement unless covered under the free support period.
Lifetime Technical Support for Knowledge Transfer
To empower our clients, Techseya offers:
- KT: To empower the clients to handle the software themselves.
- Technical support for using solutions delivered by Techseya
Paid Services Beyond Six Months
After the expiry of six months, free service packages of services like server maintenance, updating the project, and developing the feature move on to paid services, which are as follows:
- Monthly Maintenance Charges: These charges are levied on a monthly basis for regular maintenance.
- Pricing Flexibility: These prices can change on a yearly basis to correspond with market directions and standards of service.
